Chelsea Hodgkins (she/her) is the senior EV advocate with Public Citizen’s Climate Program. She advocates for the U.S. government and car companies to uptake strong zero emissions vehicle regulations and improve their environmental, labor, and human rights practices in supply chains. Prior to joining Public Citizen, Chelsea worked on international and domestic climate policy.
