Savannah Wooten

As Public Citizen’s People Over Pentagon Advocate, Savannah Wooten (she/her) leads advocacy efforts to reduce military spending and reinvest in domestic and human needs priorities. Savannah is a trained organizer with a background in international human rights, anti-militarism, campaigning, and program management. Prior to joining Public Citizen, Savannah supported human rights documentation and transitional justice programming at the Public International Law & Policy Group (PILPG). She holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Public Policy and Peace, War, and Defense.
