    Nuclear Loan Guarantees and South Texas Project

    Public Citizen and the Sustainable Energy and Economic Development (SEED) Coalition wrote a letter to US Department of Energy Secretary Steven Chu expressing concerns that material changes that had occurred with STP application and the partner owners might not be taken into consideration in the determination to award them a federal loan guarantee.
